I'm dealing with inflammation in my hands and one of my knees. Any suggestions on how to deal with the pain? Almost feels like arthritis but I'm only 24.
I've recently started taking tumeric. You need to talk to Dr and or pharmacist as it can interact with meds. It's helped with all inflammation, joints, intestinal, water retention. This has assisted with dropping a size
I would try an "elimination" diet. Some foods like gluten, dairy and sugar can cause inflammation. A paleo diet would help you remove those triggers and see if your inflammation goes down
But if you crave take one bite and put it away for the next craving also eat either more protein or more carbs one or the other to sustain the fullness and drink a bottle of water before each meal!!!
Thank you guys all! I m currently looking at making my own tea blend, and seeing how that would work for me as well.
I read recentley that juniper berry oil has analgesic properties. You can just buy a jar of juniper berries and infuse them in olive oil for a few weeks in a clean jar and then apply it directly to your joints. Magnesium is also important for the joints so maybe try epsom salts
