I had an ultrasound done to confirm pcos/painful cramping. It confirmed pcos. I had to get a follow-up ultra sound for a complex cyst they found. So 6 months later, after being on birth control for ever! My ovaries were still full of simple cysts. One of my ovaries had more than before.. I dont feel like theres any truth to it.
