Does Anyone Have Experience With The PCOS Exercise Program From Erika Volk Fitness?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering before buying into this exercise program specifically designed for women with PCOS, if anyone has tried her work out program?
(not trying to promote, just want some more info before I join :) )
Erika Volk is a fitness instructor who has PCOS and has apperently done a lot of research in this area.
Opinions anyone?

I had to add weights to my workout. I was anxious because I wasn't losing anymore weight, i had hit a plateau. He said I wouldn't lose more unless I lifted more. I cringed because I didn't want to get bulky. But it actually worked. I dig more leg work than upper body and lost inches not pounds. I was happy with that.

Hmmm walking doesnt seem to do it for me. I work as a waitress in a busy cafe, I walk between 8,5 to 12 kilometers per shift...

The only thing that worked for me was weight lifting and walking. I had to cut my daily mile run because that would make me too ravenous and walking does the job.
