Has anyone tried this after not having success on Clomid?

Yes. I ovulated earlier with Femara and conceived twins on my second round. With Clomid, I had many unsuccessful rounds, even at high doses, and had terrible side effects. No side effects with Femara!

This is my second month on Femara. My cycle is now 28 days instead of an average 32-33 day cycle. I'm ovulating on it. We just have to find out if the egg is maturing enough.
