I agree with emily85, prenatals help. But if youre not pregnant be careful, it can cause unwanted weight gain. As for hair skin and nails, keritan, bioton, collegen are all essentiual supplements needed for growth and health for them. Also you can mix up some egg whites and put them on your hair under a plastic bag or cap for about hour or so or you can even sleep in it. The protein in the eggs will help strengthen the cuticles of the hair. Try not to wash your hair but every other day. Drying it out by over washing can make brittle. Also chemical processing causes holes in the strand being treated, ie bleaching, (highlights), permenant coloring, perms, relaxers, etc. If you do any of those id sleep in a thick protein rich conditioner with a cap to put the oils and strength back the night you colored. You can even make your own with extra virgin olive oil and egg whites. And if your coloring at home, gently wash your hair when your rinsing it, dont just rinse it. You dont want to leave any on to keep processing. Hope this helps. @A myPCOSteam Member

Thinning hair was always one of my worst symptoms. It has decreased with acupuncture, homeopathy, myo-inositol, NAC, and R-alpha lipoic acid.
