How To Know When You Are REALLY Ovulating?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

So my partner and I have decided that we want to get pregnant. She knows that I have PCOS and it might not be as easy as it would normally be. We both have high hopes and are okay with trying. But one of the most important things is timing. I'm not sure when I'm an ACTUALLY ovulating. I know I can track it but am kind of confused with that. I was wondering if any of you know if different or good ways that I can try. And I do have a regular period and have never been on birth control.

My wife and I are trying for a kid too! Although she's the one that's going to be carrying. But we've been using the ovulation strips. Not the tests that you pee on and you have to wait a while until a digital smile comes on or something. But the actual sticks where you dip in to a cup with your pee in it. Those give the best results! The other tests cost you a LOT of money. So, buy the small strips online on amazon or something where we got 50 of them for a low price
