So when I got diagnosed with PCOS my testosterone levels were off the charts. With birth control we got it to stabilize. I eat healthy and also go to the gym 4 times a week. About 2 months ago I could feel something was off. All of my symptoms started coming back, along with 20 lbs. Which was impossible with my lifestyle. So we checked my levels again and even with the birth control my levels were outrageous again! So my question is, has anyone had their levels stabilized for a year and a half… read more

I was on Yaz only. He added spirinolactin for 6 weeks to help bring the levels down. He isn't sure why they all of a sudden went up. Like he said, it's odd because the Yaz stabilized it for a year and a half

Which pill are you on? I had to get one which was specifically anti-androgen. What has your doctor said?
