So when I got diagnosed with PCOS my testosterone levels were off the charts. With birth control we got it to stabilize. I eat healthy and also go to the gym 4 times a week. About 2 months ago I could feel something was off. All of my symptoms started coming back, along with 20 lbs. Which was impossible with my lifestyle. I was on Yaz only. He added spirinolactin for 6 weeks to help bring the levels down. He isn't sure why they all of a sudden went up. Like he said, it's odd because the Yaz stabilized it for a year and a half

Which pill are you on? I had to get one which was specifically anti-androgen. What has your doctor said?
