Spinach, strawberries, blueberries, half a banana, almond milk and a drop of honey.

i found that adding a banana helps improve taste eg; im not a breakfast person so i usually blend stuff up, kale, spinach, plant based protein powder,spirulina(ick!) and a banana to mask the taste.... oh i use water, almond milk or coconut water as a base. read that milk enhances the male hormone so yeah no milk for me unless it plant based.

What do you mean by green smoothie? I do one with coconut water, fresh pineapple, spinach, parsley and fresh ginger. It's delicious and green but I'm not sure it qualifies as any specific smoothie.
