Menopause
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question πŸ’

I asked my Dr. How I could tell when I was going through menopause, he just said that was a good question. I have not had a natural(not medically induced) cycle in over 30 years. The last couple months I have had perfect 28 day cycles. No changes in lifestyle other than I decided to quit taking all medications. Anyone experienced anything similar? I am wondering if I now need to worry about pregnancy? We tried for the last 20 years with no success, but now I'm about to be 45. Not so sure now.

He could run blood test and check your hormones. Take a pregnancy test.
