Is It Ok To Eat Cheese And Yogurt If You Have PCOS?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have been seriously struggling with weight loss. So i did some research and am going to make some serious changes in my diet. But I cant seem to find a definitive answer on whether or not its ok to eat cheese and yogurt on a diet for PCOS.

I gave up most dairy And i now find that im not heavy feeling and bloated and more "regular" with bowel movements. If i eat a lot dairy now i feel miserable

I am also wondering the same. It's only recently I noticed dairy really makes my stomach hurt. I always used to eat yogurt and cheese (my favorite thing ever). But now it sends me to the washroom with pains.

It bothered me for a long time and I just stopped completely for a while. I noticed if I take probiotics milk doesn't seem to bother me.
