Has anyone tried the Keto Diet?
I've done a modified version of Keto which worked really well for me. I eat more healthy fats and low carbs (pretty much just rice and sweet potatoes) but be careful not to fall into the trap of too much fat with many recipies.
I know a friend who is doing it but she don't have PCOS. I was trying to see how did it work for someone who has it. I'm going to be trying it soon as well.
I'm about to start it and see how it goes
