Has Anyone Tried Natural Hormone Therapy To Treat Their PCOS?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was doing some research about using natural progesterone cream to stimulate ovulation, and was wondering if someone else has tried it, and if they would be willing to share their experience.

I did pregnitude, green coffee bean extract, l-carnitine, chromium, fish oil, exercise and a low carb diet...i didnt have health insurance so natural was my only option. I started having normal periods.

I have. I try as much organic foods and products I can get my hands on. I'm really wanting to get off my medications for my PCOS and try the nature remedy kind a thing. Your on the right tract. Also its very important to talk to your OB/GYN when you make changes to your diet or what your using on your body. (body lotion/body wash)
