Has anyone tried a plant based & whole wheat diet? not really diet life style? My dr recommended I try this since I'm almost out of pre-diabetic stage just can't get under the one point percentage, it's very frustrating! I have been vegan for about 6 months now. I have lost about 25 pounds, my periods are now regular without birth control, and I was able to get pregnant even thought it did end in miscarriage. Overall I feel a lot better. I also used to get severe migraines and they have significantly decreased. Keep with it, it’s definitey worth it. 😊

Well today was out doing errands hungry had my first chicken meat in over a week from mc donalds. . realized how it didn't do anything for me in a good way. My main thing is figuring out what i can eat when my husband and I have date nights. . .
