What Do I Eat?

I'm just exploring the idea of eating to control PCOS. I've been on meds for 18 years and it's not working. My biggest problem is that I'm a picky eater. I'm trying to try new foods but I'm struggling. Breakfast ideas? I despise eggs. I have tried and tried them in every form and I can't do it. I do smoothies but not until later in the morning after I workout. I really just need a little something to eat before the gym. I also don't eat beef or pork. Breakfast idea: Porridge made with water and blueberries.
Lunch/dinner: chicken, peppers, garlic, stirfried.
Home-made sweet potatoes, chicken stuffed with spinach & greens.
Salmon and greens.
Gammon steak and veg.
Low-gi bread tuna sandwich.

I don't like eggs either so for breakfast I'll bake sweet potatoes with broccoli and/or brussel sprouts and sometimes cauliflower then top it with a bit of melted almond butter and cinnamon. It's easy to make ahead of time and I find it to be very filling. I
