I don't do strictly Keto, however pay attention to carbs. I do it as carb choices. It helps me as a diabetic to figure out how much to eat. I'd look into the carb choices system. 10 to 20g is 1 choice. Me being active I do 3-4 per meal. Others less active should do 2 or so. 💙
