Has Anyone Had Any Luck With Pcos Diet?

I'm already taking metformin and a thyroid medication but I'm STILL having a hard time losing weight! So frustrating! A nurse in my Drs office suggested trying the Pcos diet. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Contrave is an option. I have lost 30lbs so far and i started in january... not gonna lie, it is expensive and has to be prescribed but with insurance covering it most people only have to pay 99-100$ instead off 400-500 for a bottle .... but personally for me it has been worth every penny.
