Do You Still Have PCOS If You Have Both Of Your Ovaries Removed.
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I had one removed first that had all of cystic on them. And to our surprise I got pregent with one good ovary . They feel that getting the bad ovary out allowed the good ovary to work. It was a big surprise. But then I started having problems with the other ovary . So I had a full hysterectomy. I still have so many symptom of PCOS. I was hoping they would go away after having the ovaries removed.

Unfortunately, what happens to our ovaries from PCOS is just a symptom - not the cause. The cause is rooted in the endocrine system.
