I list 50lbs in 20ish days... but you have to change your lifestyle ... or you gain it right back

Have you tried working with a nutritionist? I did some sessions with Angela Grassi, who specializes in PCOS. I found her guidance really helpful.

I found the 4-hour body to be a great help. Its a book designs with chapter with specific focus - the 30g protein within 30mins of waking up to kick start your metabolism works amazing to both keep you hungry and lose the weight, the once a week cheat day is great too. The food isn’t too expensive, Tim Ferris (the author) has great research and suggestion for everything from Sex to weight lost to maintaining weight. And if you like it the 4 hour chef is a cook book that goes along with it that teaches everything you need to know in the kitchen. Hope that helps. I’ve been struggling with the tummy weight for about 8yrs and that’s the best i’ve found. Kettle bells are wonderful too for at home.
