Look into plant based herds for pain also google to see if they have them in liquid form if not get them in capsules and you can open them and it into your drinks i use maca root. Inostol is really good its for the nervous system . like anxitey. And vitex helps with pms pains. I will look up some other plant base supplements for and get back to you
