Did Glucophage Improve Your Hirsutism?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question šŸ’

My excess hair includes coarse hair on my chin, side burns, and softer hair along my lip, shoulders, chest, and then all the normal places. It requires daily maintenance. I was looking into this because my A1c was lingering in prediabetes and Iā€™m obese, but mostly for the hair. Right now I take Yasmin with no improvement. Anyone have positive experiences with this?

Hello!

Spironolactone has helped with hair growth - it's an anti androgen so it lowers my testosterone levels, which has helped thin out unwanted hair growth.

I take metoformin (glucophage) to help with my A1C numbers and weight loss.
