Hello all
I've been taking Metformin for over 18 years now to control PCOS. I discussed the possibility of trying myo-inositol and D-chiro Inositol as an alternative to metformin with my doctor and we agreed I would give it a try for 3 months. So I stopped metformin and started inositol in June 2018, I'm about 7 weeks in now and I've started to see higher glucose readings first thing in the morning (in the 120's), while with metformin they used to be in the 90-100 range.
