My second round of Letrozole 7.5mg. Anyone get pregnant on this drug? Should I just switch to chlomid?

I had chlomid and I had twins lol

Clomid didnt work for me (it actually made it worse). I got pregnant month two on letrozole.

I actually do want twins, Iā€™m just nervous about the side affects? Did they bother you or did you get any side affects?
