Pcos Infertility And Endometriosis

I have pcos and endometriosis and i started taking letrozole for fertility. My doctors instructions were take 1 through menstrual cycle days 5-9 and there’s 5 pills for each day. Any advice or anything that’ll increase my chances ?

I also have pcos and endometriosis but also a blocked tube. We got pregnant naturally!!! I use supplements that address gut health, blood sugar, and inflammation! All issues with pcos!!
