Nipple Discharge/leaking.

Came off the combined pill a couple of weeks ago and when checking breasts, squeezing, have nipple discharge from both breasts? It's a yellowy colour. At the hospital tomorrow to check its OK, just wondering if anyone has had anything similar. Definitely not pregnant. Thanks!
