So not only do i have PCOS, Celiacs and Thyroid i also have Hashimotos Disease! WhT kind of diet would be good for me?
I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's and PCOS. I have found that a paleo diet has helped me. My digestive issues have reduced significantly and I have more energy. It is a much more realistic and manageable diet than the keto diet also. Even when traveling, it isn't too bad to stick to the plan. I do pack some snacks when I am traveling though.
Identifying food sensitivities could be a place to start. I agree a function doctor may be a useful place to start.
