Does Anyone Else Experience Horrible Pelvic Pain/bloat/nausea?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I’m seeing my PCP on Thursday, and lately I’ve been feeling completely exhausted but I’m up all night with the bloating and the pain, I’m not sure what to do anymore. Any advice? What do you all do for the pain? (I’ve read multiple articles saying that PCOS doesn’t cause pain)

Sometimes bloating can be due to a reaction to foods. Have you explored food sensitivity testing?

I experience really bad pelvic pain to the point it affects my walking at times! Seems to change in severity throughout the month. Been to GP but there isn't much they want to do as I've had an operation two years ago to remove cysts, adhesion's and unblock my tubes; they say further surgery will reduce fertility further! Only advice I've received is to use painkillers and creams. Hot water bottle also helps some as well. Hope you get some more advice from your PCP.
