If you are TTC,, my PCP put me on it to help ease facial hair growth, and my fertility doctor stopped it because she says that Spironolactone isn't good when TTC, as it can inhibit the male growth hormones which can be detrimental if you conceive a boy...

Spironolactone has helped slow down my chin hair growth a bit.

Shaving is probably the worst thing to do as if your braking the hairs there likely to come back thicker each and every time. I tweeze personally and make sure I don't snap the hair carefully removing the hair and root or waxing. If you don't want to do any of these try a hair removal cream or maybe you could look into products like NONO hair removal or they've resently brought out a new one but tbh I dunno what it's called but it's similar to the NONO. xx

I bought that “Flawless” facial hair remover, it looks like a lipstick... it was a waste of money. Yes, very useful for emergency hair removal when in my car and I forgot/didn’t have time to tweeze, but not for the hair. I usually tweeze, there’s no evidence hair was ever there. But after using the device for a week, I had so many dark dots on my chin, it was SUPER obvious I have hair growth on my upper neck/chin. I stopped using it immediately. I don’t recommend. It brought even more attention to an area that I try to make inconspicuous. Not sure if they were ingrowns, or maybe the hair was all kinds of confused? But I’d only use it again in a dire emergency.
