For YI maintainance, I eat a yogurt every morning. This even helped me to take my medications regularly because I just put them in the yogurt.

I used to get chronic YIs. It was pretty bad, they kept happening every time at the end of my cycle and it would last for a week or so. My doctor recommended Kefir yogurt(Brand: Lifeway) not sure if there are other brands...I put it on in increasing amounts leading up to my period and a lot towards the end since that is when I tend to get them. Haven't gotten one since I started doing this. So, might be worth a try. I read that, in studies, yogurt has been shown to clear up YIs more so than OTC medication when applied directly to the vagina. I tried regular yogurt and it didn't help me, but the Kefir yogurt seemed to do the trick! Sorry you are having trouble, YIs and UTIs suck :(

Yes I do I've already had 3 this year... and they was all really bad cases of it. I seem to find it happens during my luphal phase so anywhere between ovulation and my period. I actually buy natural ph wipes (baby wipes) from the co-op that I use every time I go a toilet these seem to help when I do have them. xx
