What To Do To Stop Thinning Hair?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Have always had super full and thick hair but the last few months it has started to thin out. What can be taken to help combat this issue?

Try taking supplements with B12 in them, are you on metformin at all? It can strip you of your B12, but if not B12 is still great for hair production. There are loads of chewable or dissolvable vitamins out there, waterman's "grow me" shampoo and conditioner and their pro grow capsules are amazing, they even treat my boyfriends male pattern baldness really well so I would really recommend them.

Been on metformin since July and my hair thinning started roughly in September. I take a prenatal but I will add B12 into my daily pills. Will look in to the watermans also. Thanks for the advice.
