i have random sleep patterns and wanted to know if there is anything to help them. I seem to get at least 8hrs and still be extremely tired.

I take magnesium calm in the evening and it knocks me out and keeps me asleep better than anything else ive tried.

My RE said sleep apnea has been associated with PCOS. A sleep study can confirm if you have that. I would talk to your doctor about it.
