I take Vitamin D Maximum 10,000 IU because my Vitamin D was so low. Now, it's in normal range. I take it 3 days a week. I feel less anxious, depressed, and moody.

It's important for everyone - not just those with PCOS. But a lot of women with PCOS happen to be deficient in it. I would ask your doctor to check your levels to be sure you need it - I tried taking it without being sure and it actually made me way more moody, opposite of what I was going for.

Then by all means supplement away! I think that having PCOS and dealing with anxiety/depression symptoms due to other factors too make it really hard to feel "normal" but hopefully supplementing the vitamin D can help you feel better!
