I’ve had 2 periods, 10 days apart. My first period started on the first and only lasted 3 days. It was only heavy for one day out of the 3. 10 days later on the 15 I was having cramps which I thought were ovulation cramps just to use the restroom and find blood in my underwear :(. Ahh that makes sense. I’ve been losing a lot of weight too. I just lost 4 pounds in 2 days on metformin.

I do spot when I actually ovulate. It always throws me off because I’m never expecting it.
Hello! I think with PCOS every woman is different with their period. Before I got an IUD my period lasted 2 weeks every month.Then once it was put in I was bleeding for a year straight. I got it taken out and continued bleeding another 4 months. Now I haven't had my period for for a month and a half. I know the irregularities are so annoying. Hopefully you can find the right combination of things that work for you. Good luck!
