I have went gluten free and started working out 2 to 3 times a week. I started this in February and have dropped 70 lbs since.
I’m going to be starting the 21 day meal plan. But I’m also doing weight watchers. But HIT work outs will help the most.
I workout with a training 1 or 2 days a week. I cut down on sugar and added more veggies. I'm down a few pounds in just a month
How are things going for you? I know you were having awesome success with weight loss, is any workout regiment working well for you?
I'm just doing any 30 minute body weight workout I can find on YouTube right now. I did get my hands on some dumbbell weights and would like to do some strength training to tone up because ive definitely lost a good amount of muscle while losing weight too!
