Hi everyone! I'm struggling to lose weight after I gained 15lbs out of no where a few months ago. I know that a low carb, low glycemic diet works well but I try to stick to a plant based diet as much as I can (I'll have diary on occasion but haven't had meat in over 6 years). Does anyone has advice or experience with a similar situation?

The only way I have ever been able to lose weight with pcos is being on metformin. I joined a gym in July 2017 and completely changed my diet and gained 20 pounds. I’ve been on metformin for 3 months now and I have lost 16 pounds already. I know how you feel I had very little love for my body when I was gaining weight for no reason.
