What Can I Start Doing Naturally To Reduce My Risk For Infertility?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I've only just been diagnosed at age 25, but I feel like this has been going on for years just never had the right doctor to find it. We haven't had our follow up after my testing so I literally feel in the dark but my follow up is 2 weeks away and I want to start something now to 1. Reduce my chances of infertility, 2. Help me start loosing some weight and 3. Possibly have it be natural as I work and go to school full time and am very broke at the moment.

I've found that removing dairy and gluten from my diet helps with some of my symptoms. I would also recommend trying ovasitol as a daily supplement. Its not a cure and i still struggle with my weight and maintaining menstrual cycles, but it has helped.

Also recommend cutting out sugar and taking myo-inositol and NAC. I’ve been on birth control my whole life until we decided to start trying for a baby so it’s been pretty rough the past year as birth control makes you think that everything is great until you go off. Regular exercise is also important to regulate your blood sugar
