I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on dealing with bloating and cramping? I have seen a lot of woman on YouTube recommend drinking apple cider vinegar and lemon in the morning. Anyone have any tips on this? I basically feel bloated and have the sensation of cramps all the time.
I reduced dairy and have been fairing much better. I tried apple cider vinegar but not sure if it actually helped? I just try to stay hydrated - which is easier said than done!
My bloating was caused by an undiagnosed food allergy. Unfortunately mine was from gluten but dairy can cause this too. I was always bloated and then towards the end I knew something wasn’t right when I bloated up overnight and couldn’t fit into any of my clothes. Once when I stopped eating gluten I lost 2 and ½ inches off of my waist from bloating.
Unfortunately, it is SO much trial and error. What works for some, wont for others. But little by little you will get there! This place is honestly a lifesaver resource!
It is interesting that you mention dairy and gluten. That has been something a lot of the Youtubers on PCOS have been mentioning to avoid as well. I was just diagnosed yesterday and this seems like so much trial and error.
