I have taken Spiralactone before. I too was tired and slughish. You may need to talk to doctor and pharmcist about the time of day you take the medication. Additionally, you may have to go back to a smaller dosage. Sometimes too I have found it is easier to gradually go up to a higher dosage. I hope it gets better.
