I have pcos and saw that bipolar disorder and anxiety are more common in pcos patients. I am having a horrible time with my mood swings and anxiety.

I have anxiety. Talk to your doctor. Sometimes your hormone levels can be making everything worse.

I got diagnosed with bipolar about 3 months ago. I have terrible mood swings. Apparently it is common, however don't self diagnose. If you're concerned go to the doctor x
