Eat protein and some fattier meats for breakfast and lunch- that helps to keep your sweet tooth in check. You can use maple syrup, honey and coconut sugar to naturally sweeten things here and there, or I like to make frozen fruit smoothies with unsweetened coconut, freeze them, and then pretend it’s ice cream 😊 They are still yummy!

I’ve just started eating a Paleo diet. It has helped me cut back on sugar and carbs. I had found that eating sugars made my fatigue worse.
