When Your TTC, Day 14(ovulation Day) Help?

Okay so im tracking my ovulation and so far its been day 14 but i also know its about quality not how often.

Do you ladies Baby Dance on just day 14, day before and day after or just every day them three days?πŸ€”

Added: my partner has a low sperm count

I would say since your partner has a low sperm count, every other day will do just fine for you :)

Have you figured out when you ovulate? Not everyone, like myself, ovulated on day 14, it can all depend on your cycle. So keeping covered every other day, and on the day of positive OPK/BBT would work well :)
