Has Anyone Suffered From Brittle Bones Due To Their Pcos?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with pcos around 10 years ago. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis (extremely brittle bones). At 22 years old this obviously isn't normal, and doctors seem to think it's down to my high testosterone levels.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi Jeanna

I actually don't take anything to treat my pcos. So I would assume my estrogen levels are pretty off. Do you think magnesium would help?

Thanks!

How is your estrogen? Do you take magnesium?
