How Do You Know If You Are Ovulating

How do you know if you are ovulating when you don’t have periods at all. Last natural period was in April 3019 and I took medication to force my period in July and as of yet no period in August.

I usually cramp like I’m on my period and my boobs are real sore but your best bet would to by some ovulation tests
