Hi. I too have PCOS. Was diagnosed in 2004. 8 tried clomid and metformin to no avail. I was told by 3 docs 2 which were fertility docs id never have children. I stopped everything. In 2006 end of july i started seeing i chiro even though i was very skeptical. In Dec of 06 i found out I was pregnant 2 days after Christmas. My daughter just turned 12 in Aug. Now we struggle again to get pregnant. I fear that now that im 41 its too late. So i send you prayers that you will too get your blessing like i did. I struggle for 8yrs until we had her so i do know the frustration and heartache. Lots of prayers and healing thoughts to you on your joyrney. Maybe try seeing a chiropractor it may help you like it did me. Good luck!!

I agree, go the natural route. I was diagnosed in 2016 and have finally found a regime that works for me. Includes supplements, morning smoothie which includes Protein powder, fiber powder, greens and red powder, and Myo-inositol, D-chiro Inositol and folic acid.
I use ashwagandha daily and avoid pasta, bread, sugar, red meat and dairy. I started exercising (working on getting better at this) and meditation to relieve stress. I appreciate everything. My mom was diagnosed with liver cancer this year and it has been an emotional toll but we are going the natural route (plus some chemo) as well and have seen better results. Knowledge of your body is power. Food is medicine and nature is here to help us heals.

Don’t give up! Just go the natural route. Look up some supplements. Get a good diet going. Some doctors are dumb and think they’re God when maybe they should say, hey I’ve done what I know how to do. Go another route. Why they don’t want to help you pursue it, I don’t know. Ask me anything. Also, ask anyone on here. We all want to help.

I was given Leterozole due to my BIM I tired for 6months. I have no reproductive organ issue. I have ovulation issues too. My GYN advice is too loose weight and try be healthy as possible on all levels (mentally, physically, and spiritually). I have been feeling like I'll never have a child of my own too. However, we have to do the work to ensure we are at peace on all levels. Also sometimes we must accept we were meant to be a blessing to one that is here prior to being given our own.
