Hiya ladies I don't know if any of you could help with me question. I have done a lot of research on PCOS and how to lose weight. I read that you need to be constantly need to active as it helps lower your insuline.the only problem is I am unable to excersie due to have an acciedent back in January of this year I badly spraind my ankle.I don't think its fully healed casue when I exercise on it I still get some pain from my ankle. I would say look up low impact activities. It may help and it will still keep u active.
