Has anyone NOT looking to get pregnant seen any positive side effects from myo-inositol and folic acid? I am willing to try anything - the fatigue and anxiety is killing me!

I’ve added vitamin d (2000 IU) and magnesium to my supplements and felt better with fatigue. Might be something to check your levels.
I initially felt improved craving control from Myo inositol but then not really so I stopped taking it after 5 months. Folic acid I didn’t notice any difference but take it for prenatal

Magnesium is helpful and vitamin D too. I take a big dose which is within a healthy limit. I try to take all the B vitamins and you should too! I'm suffering from low energy myself but I had a bad sleep last night. Just worn out from work
