Any Advice For Getting Some Energy Without Caffeine?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I'm trying to get a better sleep but my job is draining so I often lack energy by as early as 11am! I grab a chocolate bar for a boost but I know it's not helping things. Does everyone still drink coffee or have you found alternatives that help with low energy. I have a lot on my plate right now so just need to get through the day. Thanks for any tips!

I try to occasionally have coffee now. I find a smoothie on my break has really helped too. I will try to take zinc now. I have been forgetting to take b vitamins but I do take a multi. So dont want to take too much

Eating protein for breakfast can definitely make a difference in my 2pm slump! I use organ organic vegan protein powder and coconut milk. I do still drink 1 coffee in the morning but ive cut way back. Drinking enough water and b12 also seem to help me.

Drink a veggie smoothie in the morning. It helps replace what you’re looking for in the caffeine.
