I have tired metformin many times. The side effects worsen my stomach problem I have already. It gets in the way of me to doing things( including my job ) . Any one suggest a another medication that I can ask the doctor for?
Berberine supplement is said to act similarlry to metformin.
Depends on if your teyi g to conceive or not... And also if your ovulating....i rhink speaking with yiur doctor and telling them that you can no longer handle the aide effects and need to be switched will help...thats what i did with mine. But im on meds that dont prevent conception so personal needs matter dor the route wanted.
