I cut all of my hair off and started over. My hair has grown back a lot thicker however right at the top in the front its a little thin. Im going to change my diet (preparing for it now) at some biotin, pray and see what happens!

I use spironolactone. It helps. May want to ask your doctor. Hugs

Yes i feel ur pain my hair used to be so long and thick then i git damn pcos and now my hairnis thin i hate it hair falling out every where cant keep hair on my head but everywhere it grows like crazy so annoying 😥

I went through the same some years ago but it was my thyroid. They had to adjust my meds and it went away. I'd talk to your Endo doc if you have one.
