Hey! If you’re having doubts there’s no shame in having a shit ton of opinions until you feel comfortable with the diagnosis. I personally was seen by 5 different doctors before I decided to believe them. The tricky part is figuring out your body and what’s best for it after a positive 100% diagnosis. There’s different types of PCO and different ways to go about regulating cycles and overall making sure you feel good in the process. I hope you feel more comfortable knowing there’s more women than just you battling these problems and don’t hesitate to reach out for guidance. I apologize if my two cents wasn’t helpful.
Hi! I recently started taking myoinositol supplements from Amazon. Before then, tried birth control and a bunch of supplements including vitex which caused horrific cramps and bleeding. Maybe it might help you?
