Hi all, I’d like to know is there is any Mammas with PCOS that are breastfeeding. How are you finding it and how has weight loss been after pregnancy?

I’m still breastfeeding my 13month old daughter, and find I just can’t stop craving sugar.

Looking for some tips to lose some weight and get the insulin resistance under control. Thanks
